Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about ordering from Stitch & Beam Creations? We’ve answered some of the most common questions below. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, please contact us—we’re always happy to help.

What services does Stitch & Beam Creations offer?

We specialize in custom embroidery, DTF apparel printing, UV printing, laser engraving, personalized products, promotional items, and custom merchandise. We work with individuals as well as businesses, schools, teams, organizations, nonprofits, fundraisers, and events.

Do you have a minimum order?

Not necessarily! We believe every customer and every project is important. We can create a single personalized item or handle larger production orders involving hundreds of pieces.

Some products or services may have minimum quantities based on materials, setup, or production requirements. We’ll always let you know before you place your order.

Can you handle large orders?

Absolutely. We welcome large orders and enjoy working with businesses, schools, teams, organizations, and other customers who need larger quantities.

If you have an upcoming project or recurring apparel needs, contact us so we can discuss quantities, deadlines, pricing, and the best production method for your order.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. Quantity discounts may be available depending on the product, decoration method, and number of items ordered. Larger orders will generally receive better per-item pricing.

Contact us for a custom quote if you’re planning a large order.

Can you embroider my company logo?

Yes! Company logos are one of our specialties. We can embroider logos on hats, polos, jackets, workwear, uniforms, bags, and many other products.

Before a logo can be embroidered, it normally needs to be converted into a specialized embroidery file through a process called digitizing. If you don’t already have an embroidery-ready file, we can take care of that for you.

What type of artwork should I send?

Whenever possible, high-resolution artwork or vector files provide the best results. Common formats include PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, and AI files.

Don’t worry if you don’t have the perfect file. Send us what you have, and we’ll determine whether it can be used or needs to be cleaned up or recreated before production.

Can you help me if I don’t have a finished design?

Absolutely! You don’t need to be a graphic designer to work with us.

If you have an idea, sketch, photograph, existing logo, or even just a general concept, contact us and tell us what you’re trying to create. We’ll help determine the best way to turn your idea into a finished product.

What’s the difference between embroidery and DTF printing?

Embroidery uses thread stitched directly into the garment and provides a professional, dimensional appearance. It’s especially popular for hats, polos, jackets, uniforms, and business apparel.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing uses a full-color printed transfer that is heat-applied to the garment. It’s an excellent choice for detailed artwork, photographs, gradients, and designs containing many colors.

Not sure which one is right for your project? We’ll be happy to recommend the best option.

What is UV printing?

UV printing uses specialized inks that are cured using ultraviolet light. It allows us to create vibrant, detailed, full-color designs on many types of hard surfaces and products.

It’s an excellent option for personalized gifts, promotional products, signs, awards, specialty items, and many other custom projects.

Can I supply my own shirts, hats, or other products?

In some cases, yes. However, customer-supplied items must be approved before production.

Different fabrics, coatings, materials, and garment constructions can react differently to embroidery, heat, ink, or other decoration methods. We want to make sure your product is compatible before accepting it.

Please contact us before purchasing or dropping off customer-supplied merchandise.

How long does an order take?

Turnaround time depends on the type of product, quantity, artwork requirements, material availability, and our current production schedule.

We’ll provide an estimated turnaround time when discussing your order. If you have a specific event or deadline, please tell us before placing your order so we can determine whether we can accommodate it.

Do you offer rush orders?

When our production schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate rush orders. Additional charges may apply depending on the project and required completion date.

Contact us as soon as possible if you’re working with a tight deadline.

Will I see my design before you make my order?

For custom orders requiring artwork or design placement, we may provide a digital proof for approval before production.

Please review proofs carefully. Once a design has been approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Can you match the exact colors in my logo?

We make every reasonable effort to reproduce colors accurately. However, colors can vary between computer screens, printers, inks, threads, materials, and production methods.

If an exact brand color is especially important, please let us know when requesting your quote so we can discuss the best options.

Do you ship orders?

Yes, shipping can be arranged for many of our products. Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, quantity, and destination of the order.

Local pickup or delivery may also be available by arrangement.

Do you work with customers outside Colorado?

Absolutely! Although Stitch & Beam Creations is a Colorado-based business, many products can be shipped to customers throughout the United States.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with your finished products.

If you believe there is a production error or problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate solution.
